  1. Love it Bec. So simple to make. Delicious!!! I added green beans to mine cause I didn’t have the spinach. I just put them in for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Thanks so much!

  2. This is one of the easiest and most delicious lentil curries I have made. The addition of lemon at the end gives it an edge that no other curry has.

  3. Wow! I made this last night and it is so much better today for lunch at work.
Thank you for sharing this recipe, I absolutely love it and it was so easy with minimal ingredients (which I happened to have at home already).

My 2yo loved it also, I must have heard “more more” for about 5 minutes after he finished 2 servings. Will become a regular on our meal plans.

    Thanks Bec x

Just so so easy to whip up and i love the fact that they are ingredients that i just have tin the pantry most the time so there is no need to go shopping! Great to make on a ” what will we have for dinner night at 5pm night!” Thankyou:)

  6. Ok so the name made me interested. But all the curries ive made in the past take for ever. So i put it off. Than tonight i seen it was a 30 min meal. And with a fussy baby and tmx cooking i thought perfect. Than all 3 boys said they loved it. And wanted it made another night. Woot. Thanks heaps this ticks all this mums boxes to say she likes it 🙂
