Fast Blueberry Sauce – Ready in 5 Minutes

thermomix blueberry sauce drizzled over pancake stack on white plate

This Thermomix blueberry sauce is something I make for my kids when they ask for pancakes, pikelets, crepes and even waffles.

Made from ingredients that I always have on hand and so quick whip up, it’s a lovely addition and adds a little fruit to their otherwise fairly plain plates.

Ready in just five minutes, using five ingredients (or only four if you don’t include the sugar!)

Just made this. Used 300gm mixture of frozen blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and a drizzle of lemon juice. Increased cooking time a little and reversed blade. Added a few whole blackberries at the end as they had mushed up. Tastes really good.

Wow!! This is too delicious. I usually make a sugar laden blueberry compote on the stove and I have to say this is far superior. I didn’t have any tapioca so I left it out, not sure what that does but I’m going to buy some and make it again coz if it gets better than it already tastes I can’t wait!
