sesame seeds
coriander seeds
cumin seeds
Kent pumpkin
maple syrup
baby spinach
feta cheese (or 400g tin chickpeas for dairy free)

  1. This is such a flavoursome dish which is easy to make. The colours are vibrant and I can guarantee you’ll go back for seconds! This will definitely be a staple salad for me, in all four seasons, not just summer!
