Thermobexta’s Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding

Chocolate self saucing pudding was the really special dessert we occasionally had whilst growing up. Mum used to make it every now and then and when I moved out I took a copy of her recipe. Lime and coconut won and this little beauty was born. I’m going to say it is possibly even better than my Brilliant Blueberry Lemon Loaf and I really love that one.
